Did more 8x10 clear glass ambrotypes tonight. This time used the new mix of the Chinese silver nitrate, seemed to work fine. Boy that 4800 watt flash is blinding! 300mm Nikon W lens, at F16. Love that lens, the same lens I used in studio in Thai in 2007/09/12 for the SW/BS series. G Collodion (no added ether) mixed up 2 days ago.
