Made some 16x20 and inch Ambrotypes yesterday. After the recent 20x24 Plate attempts, 16x20 seemed a lot easier.
The biggest difference that 3 years of shooting experience has given me is the ability to problem solve. When something goes wrong most times I can figure it out. At least that is the way things have gone this shooting season. Here’s hoping that continues!
Wet plate has been a lot easier and more successful this year, especially the 8x10 stuff.
