Spot the Problem!!

I had an issue with my glove, can you spot it? 

The problem stems from attaching the plate back to the camera. The spinning attachment wheel cuts a hole in my glove.

Leading to a badly blackened finger from Silver Nitrate

I will need to use a thicker style glove (Gorilla, used by mechanics) in the future or change them out more often.
